TUBE: To apply, gently push the tube up from bottom.
TIN: To apply, dab your finger, wait a second and warm a little balm on it and then coat your lips.
As with all skincare products, patch test for allergies before use.
Keep at room temperature. If the balm melts from being left in your car or back pocket, the shea butter can change texture as its moisturising properties reform at different rates. Don't fret, its quality is intact, just press your finger down a bit longer so the balm can warm to your touch and be applied in a lovely, smooth layer.
TUBE: The tube is made from cardboard so when finished, you can dispose of the tube with the knowledge that it will not take as long to break down as its plastic counterparts.
TIN:The tin is recyclable.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders above $100 made in the one transaction within Australia (excluding bulky items for which we calculate shipping separately).
We offer a $15 flat rate for express shipping within Australia (excluding bulky items).

Orders placed during weekdays (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
All purchases on furniture and art/ prints are final and can not be returned for a refund / exchange / credit note, unless deemed faulty.
Unfortunately, we do not refund the original shipping fee, nor do we cover the return shipping fee unless the product is faulty.
You will be issued with a tracking number via email once your package has been shipped.
We cannot accept responsibility for items returned that are lost in transit back to us. To avoid this, we recommend you using registered post or a trackable courier.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label to print out, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will not cover costs for the return shipping.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, jewellery and underwear). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
