About the Artist
The name ‘Studio KaKa’ is based on Sydney-based artist Vickie Liu's Chinese name, KaKa. She loves to create vibrant and detailed artworks inspired by the beauty of nature, in particular, Australian natives and florals. She originally trained as an architect and has since rediscovered her passion as a fine artist. Her work is an expression of her love for nature, a reflection of everyday encounters and the change in seasons.

Printed in Australia with vegetable based ink and made from 100% post-consumer waste. Carbon offset with our donation to the Yarra Yarra Biodiversity Corridor. Over 10% of profit from every gift tag sold is donated to care for native wildlife and restore habitat.
How to Dispose of Sustainably
Gift tag can be recycled or home composted. Hemp string is naturally biodegradable.
We offer Click & Collect for Woolgoolga and surrounding areas (to avoid missing out).
Alternatively you can opt to have your items shipped for $10 flat rate shipping within Australia for orders up to $100-* (T&CS Apply)
We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders above $100-* made in the one transaction within Australia (excluding bulky items for which we calculate shipping separately).

You won’t be able to enter a code if an automatic discount is already applied at checkout.
We also offer a $15 flat rate for express shipping within Australia (excluding bulky items).

Orders placed during weekdays (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
All purchases on furniture and art/ prints are final and can not be returned for a refund / exchange / credit note, unless deemed faulty.
Unfortunately, we do not refund the original shipping fee, nor do we cover the return shipping fee unless the product is faulty.
You will be issued with a tracking number via email once your package has been shipped.
We cannot accept responsibility for items returned that are lost in transit back to us. To avoid this, we recommend you using registered post or a trackable courier.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label to print out, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will not cover costs for the return shipping.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, jewellery and underwear). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
